• This survey collects information about your response such as the Internet Protocol (IP) address through which you access the Internet and the date and time you access the survey. This information is used to administer the survey.
• We will not provide, sell or otherwise transfer any personal information about you to any organization for marketing or sales purposes.
• Information you provide will be data-processed only by Mozaic Group or our subcontractors.
• We will not retain any data longer than is necessary to carry out activities related to the research.
• Your participation in this research is optional. You have the right to amend and correct any personal information you provide.
